We ship to the US and Canada and only to valid residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We primarily use UPS for shipping, although, we reserve the right to use another carrier of our choice. Available shipping methods include UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, UPS Canada Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited (Canada), UPS Worldwide Express (Canada). All shipping charges and export duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable. We can not guarantee shipping times. Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of being available. Shipping is done Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders placed by 3 PM EST are usually shipped the same day, except during periods of higher than normal shipping volume, we may require up to 72 hours (business days only) to process orders.
Occasionally, prices may change due to sales, special offers, or price reductions. If we offer a lower advertised price or a special discount code is available before your item has shipped, we will gladly refund the difference. If the item has shipped, we can not change the price.
If an item is defective, a return authorization number should be obtained by the customer within 30 days. After 30 days, the customer must contact the manufacturer for warranty service. Once we receive the defect/damaged product, we will exchange it for the same model and pay for UPS Ground shipping to send the replacement. We offer a 30-day return policy, from the date of delivery, for tangible (physical) products purchased from us. Any product being returned requires a return authorization number or it will be refused. Returns must be returned in perfect condition, including the original box, all original packing material, manuals and any accessories that were included by the manufacturer. If any of these items are missing, damaged, or need to be repackaged, there may be a fee to replace the packaging or missing items. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For any item returned to us, which had been shipped via a “free shipping” offer, the shipping costs will be calculated and deducted from any credit or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns and/or refunds for any reason. No refunds will be given for products that are not in resellable condition. There are no refunds for shipping, programming services, software or other non-tangible products. We offer no warranties expressed or implied for fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties are provided at the discretion of the respective manufacturers.
Programming is done in the order that orders are received and may require the input and/or feedback from the customer. In the event that we do not have a code that will make a remote control a particular device or function of a device, we may request that the customer send the original device’s remote(s) to us for code capture. Shipping any original remote to us is the customer’s responsibility. We will pay for return shipping of the original remote to the customer via UPS Ground. If a customer refuses to send the remote for a specific device and we have attempted to program the remote using our existing resources, no refund will be offered. Three (3) attempts will be made to capture the function(s). If the primary functions of a device do not respond after contacting support and additional attempt(s) have been made to update the program, either by Pro Remotes or a third party, up to 50% of the money paid for programming the unresponsive device may be refunded. If the functions have been verified by a third party, no refund will be offered. Primary functions are defined as: TV: power on/off, channel up/down, volume up/down, mute, input switching, number keys, A/V Receiver: power on/off, input switching, volume up/down, mute, VCR: power on/off, channel up/down, play, stop, fast forward, rewind, record, pause, DVD: power on/off, play, stop, skip forward/back, pause, record (if a DVD recorder), menu, skip disc (if a multi-disc changer), up/down/left/right directional, select, DVR: Tivo (if a Tivo device), thumbs up/down (if a Tivo device), channel up/down, guide, play, fast forward, rewind, pause, up/down/left/right directional, select, record, number keys, SATELLITE: power (except DVR/Receiver combo units), channel up/down, up/down/left/right directional, select, guide, number keys, CABLE: power on/off, channel up/down, number keys, guide (if applicable), menu (if applicable), up/down/left/right/select directional (if applicable), play/stop/fast forward/rewind/pause (if applicable), on demand programming functions (if applicable), CD: power on/off, play, stop, track +/- fast forward, rewind, pause, record (if a CD recorder), skip disc (if a multi-disc changer). |
